188bes Frequently Asked Questions

No, each person can only open and use one account on 188bes. This is clearly stated in 188bes' Terms and Conditions, and violating this rule can have serious consequences. The reasons for prohibiting multiple accounts are:

Fairness and preventing bonus abuse: 188bes offers attractive welcome bonuses and promotions for new players. If a person creates multiple accounts, they can claim the same bonus repeatedly, which is unfair and against the rules.

Security and fraud prevention: Multiple accounts can be used for money laundering, identity theft, and other fraudulent activities. 188bes is committed to ensuring a safe gaming environment.

Responsible gaming: Tracking an individual's gaming activity and identifying problem gambling becomes easier when they have only one account. Multiple accounts make it difficult to enforce responsible gaming tools (such as deposit limits, self-exclusion).

How 188bes identifies multiple accounts:

• Same personal details (name, date of birth, address)
• Same email or mobile number
• Same payment method (bank account, bKash number, etc.)
• Accessing multiple accounts from the same IP address or device
• KYC document matching

Consequences of Violation: If the 188bes system detects multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended or closed. All active bets will be cancelled and winnings may be forfeited. Only the original account's deposit balance (excluding bonuses) may be refunded. Creating new accounts on 188bes in the future may be prohibited. So always use only one account and follow 188bes rules.

Bet settlement rules on 188bes are very clear and may vary depending on the type of sport. When a match is cancelled or not completed, the following rules apply:

Football match settlement: If a football match doesn't start or isn't played within 24 hours of the scheduled time, all bets will be void and stakes refunded. If a match starts but is abandoned before 90 minutes (including injury time) is completed, all pre-match bets will be void. However, bets whose outcome has already been determined (such as first goal, first half result) will remain valid. For live betting, if the bet's outcome was determined at the time the match was abandoned, the bet will stand. 188bes always accepts the official match referee and governing body's decision.

Cricket Match Settlement: For Test matches, if no result is declared after 5 days of play, Match Winner bets will be settled as a draw. For ODI and T20, if the match is reduced due to rain and an official result is declared (DLS method), bets will be settled according to that result. If no ball is bowled or no official result is declared, all bets will be void and refunded. Innings bets, Top Batsman/Bowler bets will only stand if the innings is completed.

Tennis Match Settlement: If a player withdraws before the match starts, all bets will be void. If a player retires or is disqualified after the match has started, bets whose outcome has already been determined will remain valid, while others will be void. 188bes may apply special rules for semi-finals and finals, which will be stated on the site.

General rules: If 188bes believes any match or event has been manipulated or fixed, it reserves the right to void all bets. In case of incorrect odds or obvious errors, 188bes may void bets. All settlements are final within 72 hours after the match ends; no changes will be made after that. In case of any disputed decision, the 188bes customer support team will give the final ruling. Read the 188bes terms and conditions in detail to know all the rules.
