1. General Terms

2.3 Account Suspension and Closure

• 188bes may suspend or close accounts at any time without notice if a Terms violation is detected.
• You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support.
• Any pending balance at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) may be declared dormant by 188bes.

3. Betting Rules

The following rules and conditions apply when betting on the 188bes platform. All bets are final and non-reversible unless 188bes itself identifies an error.

• All bets are issued a confirmation number after placement and this serves as final proof.
• 188bes reserves the right to set or change betting limits at any time, based on account level or game type.
• 188bes may void bets placed due to technical errors, incorrect odds, or other mistakes.
• All sports bets are settled according to official results. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets are voided.
• Odds in live betting change constantly, and the odds at the time of your bet placement will apply.
• All results in casino games are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and certified by third parties.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms and Conditions
